CHOOSE YOUR HOME BASE:
· 115+ bases around the country (see our career page for the full list) and YOU select the base. Travel out of domicile is allowed with advanced notice (i.e. if you want to airline to a destination different than your domicile)
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS:
· Flexbid – scheduled 1 month out, 13 bid periods through out the year. Pilots bid for rotations lasting 4-8 days. Scheduling beyond 8 days occurs upon request.
· Fixed 8x6 scheduling option – published every 6 months
· Red Label Crewed scheduling
GUARANTEED CAPTAIN UPGRADE:
· Forecasted upgrade is currently two years or less.
o Phenom: 8 months on average
o Praetor & Challenger: 18 months on average
· Guaranteed captain upgrade at the completion of five years.
TYPE RATED:
· Type rated in state-of-the-art aircraft with NO CONTRACT and paid training.
NO COMMUTING & NO CRASHPADS:

Pilot Hiring Minimums:
- All candidates must meet ATP minimums (written complete and qualify to take the check ride).
- Competitive candidates will possess the following:
- 3,000 hours total time
- Current 1st Class Medical
- Valid Passport
- Ability to obtain CANPASS permit (Canadian Customs program)
- Quality of flight time matters! Special consideration is always given for military experience, PIC time, turbine, experience in one of our airframes, etc.
- Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft desirable

The Company will match up to 6%, dollar for dollar, of what the employee contributes to his or her 401(k). Flexjet offers annual retirement benefits up to 18% of earnings, in 401(k) match and direct contribution.
